This six week course will teach you some practicle tools and we will delve into some increadible concepts and ideas that help harness the holistic nature of mindfulness and meditation.
Over the six weeks I will teach you to:
How to calm a busy mind
Beginners postures and breathing techniques
How to progressively relax the body
Introduce healing concepts and ideas
Help evolve your nervous system to reduce triggers
Where and when to use techniques
We will also have some fun exploring the wierd and the wonderful.
The course comes with a workbook to journal your experience to help you learn and grow.
